Phantom 16 construction...

Cut out bulkheads set up on rolling cart.

Stitching the hull panels together.

Hull assembled and epoxied together.

About to flip over and glass/epoxy the outsides.

I skipped a few steps here. The outside is glassed and I'm fairing with thickened epoxy.

Another view. About to prime and paint the outside..

Primed hull with Interlux and am now rolling on the first of three coats of ACT..

Finish color is a custom blended Interlux Britesides.

Beauty!

Building the floor supports.

Floor is 3/4" t&g pine, epoxied on both sides for waterproofness.

Finished floor. I'll apply a varnish to protect the epoxy when all is done.

Laminating up the rubrails.

Framing the rod lockers

Assembling the foredeck pieces.

Hatches are double-thick plywood for strength.

Finished rubrail and sharkeye lights.

Decks ready for paint.

From the front.

From the bow. The pad on the port side is for my trolling motor.
